Will need a set of summer tires. Suggestions?

Well, more like summer tires that I wil be using all year long. I live in southern california, so I will definately not be driving in any snow or hail, and very little rain. So i'm pretty sure I could use summer tires at any season.

I want nice grippy ones like the stock yokos. Some soft tires. Low profile ones that are wide series like the stock ones (wider if possible) But damn they wore out so fast. I want some ones that will be good for occasional drag racing, maybe one run a week, but that will also last more than 20k miles.

Any suggestions?

i heard kumho are good.. i'm about to get a set of those.. i have about 20,900 miles on my baby... i'm going for Kumho Supra Esta Tires.. same size as stock tires on my stock GT-S rims.. Awesome grip in dry weather.. and does well in water.. about 80 dollars a piece... ok?
