I bought the 18" Zenetti Mystics but i don't have any pics available right now. However, i must warn u that if u are interested in performance chrome 18's will weigh u down a noticable amount. Go for the chrome tho, i'd like to see more celicas with nice chrome wheels that aren't ghetto.

well heres the deal, i got these rims without a sratch on them wrapped in toyo proxes 85% tread left, i mean these things are brand new, i got them for 1000 everything included plus lugs and locks. I will be dropping it in the spring as well. I put one rim on to make sure it fits and everything and i think it looks really good, I will post pics in the srping

Well i'm glad thats all done and over, i'm a little early to class so i figured i'd see what i missed. In my opinion i see the Celica as a sport COMPACT as well. It is a sporty car and we do have a variety of aftermarket, both performance and appearance mods to make it more sporty, faster, etc. Yes i agree with evil eye, the celica does fall short of the vette and modena. My point is that performance mods add to our Celica to make them more sports car like. If true sports cars such as these can look good with chrome wheels, what the hell is the big deal about a nice set of chrome wheels on a Celica? Alright thats all i got :headbang:

I say no to bling bizzle, but you might be able to rock it! Sometimes its about the driver and how he/she can make the ride look good with it. I saw a chica drivin' a gunmetal RX8 the other day stock and with her in it, let me tell you, it didn't look stock if you know what I mean :D :thumbup:

Thats the first time I heard that. I went with chrome, because silver wheels look stock, and black or gold rims are nasty and should never be on a car. Plus I think chrome on silver looks great. But this is all just my opinion.

Chrome can look good but not bling blizzle chrome on a celica. Wheels that were made for an SUV do not look good IMO.

The stock ones that are chromed look decent to me. Just all the Bling and weird shapes to the rim doesnt look right.

I'm personally not too fond of chrome rims but I'm not going to hate because of your taste. In my personal opinion, chrome rims should only be on 4 door luxury cars/SUVs such as BMW, Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Escalade, etc.

Chrome wheels looks like ass because not only are they chrome, but rarely ever are they made in pleasing shapes. They always look like attachments for a salad shooter. Chrome has been used for years, but on steel wheels, not aluminum. If you want shiny, why not go for polished aluminum. It has a much more subtle shine than chrome does.

Go back and dig up the picture of that Unison 15 guy. He actually had the balls to call his car his "touring ride" and he had horrible stickers all over it and every rice mod imaginable. Obviously with a large group, there will be some very nice, clean cars. But I have seen enough pics of Unison meets, and there was some awful stuff there. Hell, even the red Celica with the ALT X-Philes in that pic above eventually got ruined with horrible graphics all over the place.

It's not silver, but it does have chrome rims. I have a friend who has the wheels you bought on an eclipse. They look like they would stand out really bad on that pic you posted, but they actually look much better in person.
