help with foglight bulbs

i have Piia bulbs for my foglights, one went out and i don't remember what i had, so instead of guessing i might as well just replace them both. Question is which should i get? Can anyone help me please. Is it the H3, H4 or H7's?

H7 are for the headlights (low beam) H4's aren't used.
