Bodykit dilemma

Ok ive been doing an extensive search on an aftermarket bumber for my celica and have decided on the Blitz bumper ok now here is my dilemma
i can get 2 types of blitz bumpers
1- Blitz Rally style bumper for $250+150+shipping with fog lights in fiberglass
2- Blitz bumper in Urethane for $300 + shipping

Ok here is where i need your guys help what are the pros and cons of fiberglass and pros and cons of Urethane?

i had a regular fiberglass blitz bumper which accidently got hit on the curb and cracked and now its starting to crack on its own so i took it off.

I heard that Urethane can get hit and scratched and wont crack so i need your opinions and advice please
