How do I subcribe to a thread? I have done this in the past... I feel like a maroon just for asking, but I can not find the button.

I noticed a --subscribe to this forum-- link. Is the --subscribe to thread-- link being eclipsed? I would bet that this little used feature is about as well used as the --user cp-- link, which is good for the heavy poster to keep a little continuity in his/her posts. I didn't know I need it till it was gone :).
