Photoshop Request

Can someone remove the background from this picture? Just make it plain black instead? Also, if it's not too hard for you, can you fill in the gap on my bodykit? At the time the picture was taken I was about to take the bumper off and took off the screws on the side.

Why does yours look brighter then mine?

because i used auto color/levels on it ;)

Then i threw in a bit of blur to get rid of some of ther raindrops

By the way, what program do you use to make that flash, or whatever that is?
