hey everyone who was selling those 194 bulbs in different colors, but the bulbs were LED's. diffused and not diffused or something.

I think you're looking for Dooly, I just bought a bunch of bulbs from him. All were Led's, for sidemarkers, turnsignals, etc. he carries them in other colors as well.
