How much is an ecu?

I just told my guy that i need him to try and find me a manual 01 ecu. Since i had a tranny swap done a while back. Anybody have any idea how much one from a wrecked celi should be. And how much is a new one?

So I went to car-part.com and found a place that had one for $100 shipped with 30 day warranty.
