Speed bleeders

What is your opinions on speed bleeders for brakes and have any of you used them? Figure you AutoX guys need to do a fair amount of brake bleeding so this was the best forum to ask in.

i did my first bleeding the other day. between taking off the tires and bleeding the brakes it took me 1 hour. too long if i had to do it at an autox.

From what I've heard, speed bleeders are really effective and efficient. They're a good investment.
