Today when i brought my car to the dealer about my vvtl-i not kicking..and told them that my vvtl-i is not working, because I felt no lift, and can't hear my 2nd-cam kickin or anything
well the first guy I talk to had no clue what 2nd-cam or lift is. He simply told me there is no such thing in my car.
the second guy I talk to (an actual mechanic) know there is such thing. But he said nothing is wrong with my car as long the CEL light is not on.
WELL GUYS... I'm gonna take my car to another dealer next week. But what should I say to them?

Tell them that the morons in the first garage didn't know what you were talking about. That will keep them from telling you the same............................

I had the same problem w/ mine. I got beat my friends stock altima. That's when i realized there was problem. they told me they couldn't find a problem when they did the diagnostic. Well, i forced the car up to red line one time, and the lift started working again after that. Unfortunatley it quit again. I took it back and told them about redlining it and how it felt like something might have been stuck. they said it was the ecu. I later misshifted racing and the problem never came back. they told me i had skipped to teeth on the timing chain, bent a valve, and broken the vvtl-i pin on the misshift. I'm guessing the pin happened prior to the misshift and was the cause of no lift...and not the ecu. Ask them to check out your ecu, and the vvtl-i pin.

...also, take the mech on a test drive and just romp on the gas...if it's the same prob i had, you should be able to feel a loss of power where the car leaves the powerband w/o the lift. Almost like a hesitation or a slight foward pitch of the nose.

If your lift is not kicking, you won't feel anything as you go pass 6000rpm. All you heard is the sound of your engine going up, but feel no "lift" or anything.
for some ppl, they felt power loss to their car. And if you felt the lift before, than you will know when your lift is not working.
