19" rims size and tire size

thinking to get 18" or 19" rims and tires...dunno what size tires I should take. 225/35/18 or 235/35/19? also wanna get exact size of 19" wheel for celica GTS. wheel size and offset??..

anyone can recommend any good brand for 19" tire?
I heard toyo is not bad...

do I have to do something before I put 19" rims on??
or not need to do anything under fender for celica?? it seems never hit fender on celica..I saw lots of space under fender.
but, like honda cars, I had to remove rubber protectors around around fender...and clear-coated instead of the rubbers..

how much I feel different between 18" and 19"? it will be around 25lb.
