81,000 miles on car... What things need to be replaced (ie. fuel filter?)

Hey I got a 00 Celica GT with 81,000 miles on it. Bought it about 9 months ago when it had 65,000. I think it is time for a tune-up, but don't know what parts to replace or upkeep. Can anyone help me make a list of parts to replace and upkeep?!

There's a maintenance schedule here somewhere, just search for it. I've read that you do not need to replace the fuel filter b/c it is a lifetime filter, and don't touch it unless something is proven to be wrong b/c of it.
