I heard XS was having problems getting their kit to work on a 2003 Matrix XRS. Something about the Power FC not working right. I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about them fixing this problem.

I called in November, and they said they haven't worked it out yet, and when I called yesterday, the sales guy said he couldn't get a hold of any techs, but as far as he knew the kit is listed as a 2000-2002.

It will not work with the 03 GT-S since it has drive-by-wire. You will have to completely change the throttle system for it to work and who knows what else. I know for sure that the SF turbo kit will work on it because I have it on my 03 GT-S and have been driving it for close to 5000 miles without any problems except wheel spin.

That's when I had my 2001 automatic. I have a new dyno that makes 160 hp and 115.5ft-lbs. That was done in my 2003 6-sp with 17" rims.

you can always buy the remnants of my XS kit (everything but Power FC and injectors) and get your own fuel system.... something to think about...

I agree with Smaay. That would give you two options. I know there is a guy on the board that is selling his XS kit minus the Power FC.
