Tubular exhaust manifold.

it depends on if u have a gt or gts, hotshot is best for gt and trial for gts. it mounts on the block of the motor its the first thing exhaust goes into when exiting the motor.

A header aka exhaust manifold. It channels all the exhaust from the four ports into one pipe. The end of the header connects to the rest of the exhaust system.

Technically, I think to be a header, an exhaust manifold has to be a bunch of pipes welded together. If its' a cast block, it's just a manifold, not a header.

Header is the term we've come to use, but the technical term is exhaust manifold. The word header comes from attaching on the cylinder head.

To clarify things just a bit more, an exhaust "header" has come to mean an exhaust manifold usually made of welded tubular steel that has been designed and "tuned" for performance.

Header = set of mandrel bent pipes

Exhaust Manifold = cast iron unit that functions the same with added weight and more restricted flow

I would say a header is always an exhaust manifold. But not all exhaust manifolds are headers ;)

for your info. you dont drive a GT 6speed

you either drive a GT 5spd
or a GTS 6 spd

Technically, he doesn't have a GT or a GT-S. He has a Euro Celica, powered by a 1ZZ-FE and mated to a 6 speed, but with different ratios than close ratio 6 speed the GT-S has.

My info tells me i have a 6-speed (GT), the celicas sold in europe are all 6-speed cars and we have 3 types sold: the regular, the type-S and the T-SPORT (same as GT-S only with 192hp) i drive a type-S (comes with 16 inch GT-S rims, ABS, leather staering wheel and shifter, only difference here between a GT type S and a T-SPORT is the engine block).
