Air conditioning decal

a buddy of mine on ECelica told me that he got a decal overlay for his AC unit after it was painted by someone here. Does anyone know who that is or where I could get it?

I have it, think I got it from Dookie. Looks good, allows you to paint the entire console, leaving the circles around the dials unpainted looks cheesy.
