VIP System

I have just bought a used 2001 celica gt, and being the child that i am, i was playing around with my new security system and in the middle of a flurry of button pushing i started my car. Is this supposed to be a feature of the VIP system and if so how do i do it and how do i shut it off again with out getting in.

welcome. The normal Toyota VIPs don't have remote start on them.

thanks for the warm welcome. As i go through my car (cleaning and modding) i'm finding all sorts of prizes from the previous owner. IE amp/sub prewired and the auto start. I saw some one on here with a all red interiror lighting. I think that just looks awsome. I would appreciate some pointers on how to do this. I'm fairly skilled at soldering all that i need is a place to get those gels for the lights (Climate control:2, Shifter:1, CigLighter: 1) and the micro leds(a lot of them).

Check the appearance forum. The HVAC lights are white lights with a green condom over them etc..
