Starter kill

If one were to install a starter kill switch which wire would be the best to cut?

the wire you cut is the starter wire. I install perfessionally, i will get you the wire, i forget now. You will need a relay.

i figured there might be a wire from the ignition switch you can tap instead. I just want to install a switch for increased security. So nobody can start my car unless they know about the switch.
