sorry bout the other thread.. i forgot to put a title in

last night i just had some stupid *** come along and jacked the GTS badge off the back off my car.... i'm so mad right now..... i noticed it right before school when i had a math midterm.... nice combo...
how many people have had their GTS badges taken?! don't people just have respect for other people's property? man the guy did a really crappy job too.... scratched the hell outta the pain....

Yeah, the missing badge is not that big of deal. A paint scratch sucks. Most of the time you don't find courteous crooks. Hope you can get it fixed easily.

sorry to hear it man.. i took mine off so it never happened to me but I did scratch my paint.. funny thing was I put a TRD badge in its place to cover up the scratch :)

That hurts man. Does it happen to a lot of GT-S emblems? I always figured Hondas were more popular targets for some reason. Strange thing is, these jerkoffs seem to target compacts more than anything else. I don't think Type-S CLs and TLs are debadged as often as RSXs are. Who knows, maybe it's all in my head...

I guess I'm considered "lucky", since the guy who stole my emblem didn't leave any scratches.

They are bigger targets. Look at the percentage of Type Rs that lose their Acura badges. It's much higher than GTS badge swipes.

now it will be even easier to make a GT into at GT-S :) I have a GT and Im proud of it. I rember the thing back in the day was stealing peoples hood ornaments.

stealing a GTS badge is just plain lunatic since it only cost $5.

But I do understand why GT owners rebage to GT-S

got mine jacked...... it is NOT 5 dollars...... i was quoted 50-ish for toyota and "gt" emblems for equipment and install. for the emblems themselves they were almost 20 dollars each from dealer..... any other way, i dunno... but its not cheap..... i just debadged all the way cuz i didnt want imbalance....

and whoever is knockin on gt's....... supermaelfyn gonna rock u!!

man some people can't afford a GTS or wanted a gt for preferences... whether it's them being extremely ambitious with mods or what...

I had my TRD Metal Badge got stolen last 2 weeks ago. I went to some High School to watch a mad poet show then when I came back, there was a big ass scratch at the back of my Celi, I'm lucky my GT-S badge didn't get stolen but unfortunately, I saw a Black Celi with the GTS badge got stolen too, I reported this to the school security and they said High School kids do this, they steal the badges and some of them they sell it or they use it for a patch on their back packs :mad: :( :wtc:

I'm not trying to flame some of the High School kids in here.
It's just that some of them really needs a lesson

As offended as some of you got by this, the first line is correct. What will happen more frequently, GT owners stealing GTS badges, or GTS owners stealing GT badges?
