Sunroof Rattling

I finally got sick of my sunroof rattling and took it in to toyota. They ordered some new parts and are going to fix it on friday. Now if I could just get this sqeaking from my engine bay fixed i'd be a lot happier. Every time I take it to toyota for the sqeaking, it stops doing it. I already had the belt tensioner replaced once. Hopefully it's not going bad again. The noise is coming from that area though.
