Brand new, never been played, only opened to see the manual. I never got my ps2 chipped so I couldn't play it. You do need a japanese or chipped ps2 to play it.

This is perfect if you have many game systems, a vcr, dvd player, etc. Its about a month and a half old, and I paid 100 for it new. It's still just like new. The casing is made of medal and its black to match most home systems. It comes with interchangeable backlit nameplates ( xbox, gamecube, playstation 2, dvd player, cabletv, etc).
