guess what i saw today??? i went by the local toyota dealer (westbury for those of u that know where it is) and i went int to the parts department. guess what was hanging on the part dept wall???

yes that's the dealership i'm talkin about. now they have their parts dept in a whole new section. it's not even next to the dealership. it's about a block or 2 away.

lets put it this way, they are the reason i stop going to dealerships 2 years ago. even though the dealership has had a make over, it's still the same ppl work there. so nothing has changed (work ethic, quality wise).

today when i went into their new serviced building, i walked upto to receptionist and a service guy talking. i literaly stood there for acouple of minutes and they completely ignored me. this was at the receptionist desk mind you. so i end up walking inside to the parts dept

Nice, so they will have action package parts? The dealership parts department in queens, where i got my celi from, laughed when i asked for new sideskirts. they say they cant get action package parts, TRD discontinued them. i was like, yeah i know that but what if someone damages them, like me. :( so i bought a used one off ebay (just the side I needed too)

haha, yeah I have a whole bunch of pics and there was never a complete shot of the group. The layout did suck, but I still wanna see Scott's pics, becuz his was with a professional camera and he had it all way up in the air and I believe he got all the cars in his pics.

Penn Toyota is in Roslyn. It's on Northern Blvd. I don't think they appreciate modded cars, but he shouldn't give you a problem. I can talk to him before hand if you want. He's a regualar customer of mine.

yeah, westbury sucks man. my car had a problem that needed a new charcoal canister. that took several weeks. then the car didn't come with wheel locks. that was a ****ing chore. they said it was my problem and that i would have to pay if i wanted it.

needless to say, i'm not going back there.

i bought my car there and they give me free oil change for life and they repainted my rear bumper.

I havent gotten anything major done since i added mods to the car but they havent said anything about what i have.
They fixed my engine after a misshift under waranty, no questions asked and it came out working perfect. At the time i had some screen and indiglo gauges all ghetto wired and they didnt say anything about them. I also lost one of my temp control knobs and they replaced it for free.

they also have free cofee while you wait hehehe

Joe you would really like them, they even sell altezza lights in the parts department :ugh: hahaha

Yeah Mike, I saw the covers, they make the car back end look 100% cleaner IMO. But all these frooty loops rockin altezza lights on other makes/models makes the is300 just blend in with them. :(
