Since Clay Bar will remove existing wax and other stuff... Then WILL IT REMOVE THE CLEAR COAT FINISH!!!!!!!!!

No sir, a claybar will not remove the clear coat. It will remove contaminants and wax from your paint and leave it butter smooth. Make sure you apply a layer of wax after the claybar to keep the paint protected.
