my brother is on the market for a car and has been asking me what he should get. I think he has around 2-3K and my dad might help him pay for some of it too. anyway I just thought I'd ask you guys what a somewhat nice car that he should be looking at for that price? thanks

about how much do you think your dad will help him out with?

for about $3-4 G's...you could get a 240sx and save up for an SR20 swap later on down the road and it will have low miles

of for about $5 G's you can go straight for a mr2 turbo but mileage would probably be high

You're most likely not going to find a 240SX for $2-$3k that's in decent shape. Maybe a '89 or '90, but those had SOHC engines which are crap.
