I always get towel lint stuck on my car after I wash it. Even after it's dried and i've driven around for some, there's still some lint stuck here and there...

I just use beach towels, 2 large ones is usually what it takes to dry it completely.

I'm also using dishwashing liquid mixed with hot water to clean it, is that all good to use?

Don't use Dishwashing liquid!!!! It strips your wax....and if you keep on doing it, it will eat right through your clearcoat!! Also...if you are concerned about towel lint....use something else to dry the car. I would recommend a Chamois or an Absorber.

Why don't u get one of those rubber wiper blades for drying the car, my friend has one of those, its like a sqegee made from a really soft rubber and is used for drying the car, works great and it even gets over bumps and groves and everything... Costs like $20, kinda pricey for a big piece of rubber though, but I think its worth it...

The rubber wiper I was talking about is called a California Water Blade. Check it out, its pretty good for drying, and its reusable and u don't need to dry it or anything, tehy go for $34 canadian here.

Use some car washing liquid!!! Lol, my mom used dishwashing liquid oh her car several times, and she has never waxed the car once. The paint looks really dull now, it might be because the car is old...but Im sure the dishwashing liquid played a part.

I wouldn't be too worried if you just used dishwashing liquid a couple times. However, just don't do it again. Also, I would suggest waxing the car to replace the layer of wax that the dishwashing liquid stripped off.
