oil change

i am going to change my oil in a couple weeks and was wondering what torque to i tighten the drain bolt to? i am going to use 5w-30 castrol syntec and a purolator pure one oil filter, and also put it redline tranny oil. what to i torque the fill and drain bolt of the transmission? does someone sell a repair manual, like chiltons?
