damn bro good luck with it, and just a FYI the insurance company is gonna want to fix that quarter panel, not replace it. That's a realllllly huge piece and a lot of $$$. The insurance company's from the drivers that hit me (both quarter panels) did not wanna pay for a whole new piece like I requested. Since you are going through your own insurance though, they might do it for you, but your rates gonna sky rocket.
Your car's a lease isn't it? Or, you're not planning on keeping it or something like that? I thought you posted that... if thats true just fix it. ;)

Insurance says they are gonna cover it as a non-chargable accident cause #1 it was a hit and run #2 the car was parked #3 no one was in it. So my rates will not change
There is no way the quarter can be fixed, looks like someone took a can opener to it. Those pics i posted were the morning of, when the car was still covered in snow. IT LOOKS ALOT WORSE in person.
To your last point, the car is goin back on lease Jan 25th, 2005

Are you sure about that? I could crash into a tree, then park it in front of my house and say "uhhh someone hit me and ran" Insurance companies dont usually pay for things like that.....

Yes I am sure about the insurance claim.
I called the police as soon as i saw the car was hit and got a report. I DIDNT MOVE THE CAR because of the concern you stated above.
It was easy to get a police report to say this. My car was never moved and was there before the snow started the previous night. There was snow all around the front and rear of my car undisturbed....and under my car was completely clean. So its documented that the car was parked, hit, and not moved by me.
Thanks for your concern, but i made sure i covered all bases.
