Yeah I've been trying to get a hold of them for like over 2 months without much success, I've been trying emails, pms and phone calls. Be prepared to wait a long time for anything to be resolved. I've been waiting for some dash pieces that have been paid for, for like 3 months.

Yes, it seems a lot of people are having some problems with Parker. All I can say is give him some more time and hopefully he will come through. JimmyPusPounder and I have agreed to wait 2 more weeks from yesterday before posting all of our info. about him, so Parker if you read this please give us some legit explanations as to what is going on. Personally I think your a great guy and IPT has some really good products but apparently you guys have given a lot of false promises in the past and as many would say, "the old trend is coming back." If nothing else dude hire some high school chick and pay her $6 an hour to answer th phones, e-mails, etc. Or if you have a sister get her to do it for free :)!! Nah, I think he will come thru eventually, I hope, because I am going to be pissed if I worked my ass for months trying to find something damn near impossible to find only for Parker to leave me hanging. I did this to technically improve his business so they could offer you guys more parts and so far I am out money to help his business and you guys. I just want the free c/f pieces I was prmosied for helping them out. I don't know but if I don't get my stuff then I may really have to go to Texas and deal with this. I do not like getting screwed and he can't ignore us on a face to face confrontation so.....! One other thing, I Cannot believe the site moderators are not helping us all out with this matter. I still cannot even fathom that but, whatever.

Lol, all I got to say this is the worst ****ing service I ever had in my life! Its a ****ing joke. Sorry it had to come to this Parker, but come on, I've been waiting for 3 months dude, and realistically I haven't even recieved the IPT product, for some odd reason you sent me a sherwood dash kit. WTF is that? Get with it and give me what I paid for 3 MONTHS AGO! PLEASE SEND ME MY CF PIECES. I keep saying to myself "Parker will pull through". But I truly believe deep down inside, I've been ripped off. I'm sick of calling, pming, emailing, and wasting my time. All I want is what I paid for! Great so I guess I have lost the TRD end caps I sent Parker, the $50 they cost me, and of course apparently it seems as if I will never get my c/f end caps that he promise me for helping him out either. If I don't get mine c/f end caps then I want my regulaer TRD end caps back because I can have them made somewhere else. Parker if you read this then please let me know whats up with the TRD c/f end caps. If you can't do them then please send the ones I sent to you back to me. Boy, I am glad I did not send my originals to you. Please pull through for us Parker. I have faith in you bro. but my patience is starting to then as with everybody else's, so it seems. If a site moderator leaves this then please give us some advice on how to handle this. Thank you.

That is all of them I kept. Unfortunately I deleted some of them to make room for other PM's but you can still tell there was a deal between me and Parker for doing these pieces and he has had the parts for a good while now and all I have got is the project is going along great. He told me this would only take two weeks and obvioulsy it has been much longer than two weeks. I don't care if it takes a long time as long as I get what I was promised for going way out of my way to help him do this. I woulds like my original TRd end caps back as well but if this is not possible then just the c/f ones will work. If anybody knows what is up with Parker or IPT then please inform us because I hate to bash him and his company but people need some kind of communication and people need what they were promised and paid for. Sorry parker I hate to do all of this but it seems like nobody has been able to really get any responses from you so I along with some others feel this is the only way we can get anything done. about a year or so ago i sent him a money order ,for the whole complete gts kit,it took about 3-4 weeks but i got it in perfict condition,all pieces,with a free ipt motersports travel bag that someone must had thrown in , also their was a personal typed letter of appology for delay stating they were really growing fast and demand was starting to get high for a small buisness like themselves.also the guy went into detail on the histoy of ipt and thre commitment to quality or some craplike that,and how he wanted pics of car and stuff(this was when all engine stuff first came out and there was NO one with pics of the parts on thier cars and they did not even have pics of half the pieces i got on the website).any wase this guys name was jimmy not parker, and they ended up coming threw with flying stars and i got a cool travel bag i never even asked for.so maybe this is some what of areasurence.but this was more than a year ago and this parker guy does sound like trouble.well dont think of me as a a hole or ***hole or any thing but ill sell the complete engine kit for gts if price is right exspesially now since it is in demand and cant be gotton. all pieces are recleared with dupont chroma premier 7500 s clear coat for a exseptional finish also.i have every single piece,perfict mint condition actually i havent even installed yet but i was planning on using them and looking forward too so price is gonna be more than ipt(clear coat tooo it is the best dupont makes ).pm me if intrested or email at khavenger@tds.net . also i dont mean to piss any one off buy posting this for sale here.

I have been waiting almost 4 months now and I keep on hearing excuses like "I sent the stuff to the wrong address" or "I will send it out be there on Saturday to pick it up at 8AM" and now its just no replies. I feel everyone's frustrations and I really hope that the admins do acutally take action on this issue for IPT is a site sponsor which as I did many assume that it is safe to deal with the company:

Long time no talk. How have you been? I hope things are well with you. Things have been so busy over here, because we are finishing up the audio setup for our 2000 Celica GTS as are we revamping some exterior aspects to our vehicle, getting it ready for a shoot to send off to Super Street. As I told you weeks earlier, they are highly interested in our vehicle and wanted us to send them some updated pictures of the Celica, which brings me to my next reason for writing you. We have been trying to contact you numerous times, having no luck every time. We really don't want to keep this editor at Super Street waiting. I am a professional here as are you, for that reason I'd like to approach this matter professionally. I know things are extremely busy for you during the week, but we do need to know what you plan to do from here on out. As far as I understand, from our past conversations, you were fully sponsoring our vehicle with your Carbon Fiber Engine Components and were in the works of sending them out. I still have not received a reply of any sort. Clearly his quality of service is shown here on the board, whether you'd be a paying customer or a sponsored car. I truly believe in his products but as they say service should come along with the product. I will definately take it up with him. I'm very disappointed by this. I will drop this subject as your requested larryd but I just thought I'd point that out that I am not imagining things. Well someone should call his attention out on the Appearance Forum. You could do something to the tune of, "Attention Please, Parker Please Stand up, please stand up." I dunno I think he will come through in the end, I hope. I have no idea what the deal is, nobody has heard from him or spoke with him that I know of. He hasn't even been on the boards since 3/10/04. So he has been M.I.A. on here for almost a month. Maybe we shouldget someone to go by and check on him or something. Anybody know a member that lives in the Fort Worth, Texas area? I would never buy from them now (and I was planning to before this).

Even if he does EVENTUALLY come through, what guarantee do we have that he won't pull this **** again in the future? I am not about to wait for weeks, or even MONTHS for a simple order...

IPT's business is definitely going to suffer for this.

Dopecelica we are still working on your pieces takening more time then we need ... we had to finish up are RX8 parts and Modena parts

Some of you not all of you dont understand how long this takes to make these parts... they are not mass produced..

and they are all made by hand laid into the molds that takes about 2 hours

after that we vacum bag all the parts another 45 minutes and then it is sent into a autoclave for 5 hours ...

next day we take it out and polish it and trim it

takes at least 2 days to make one complete set .................

That being sad since we have been running this special over 50 full kits of been ordered in the last 2 monthes.

Also i do not just sell parts to Celica customers

I have

RX8
NSX
IS300
Gs300
Scion
s2000
Supra
Matrix
Vibe
etc...........

Once a day these parts are ordered on the motorsports devision not dashkits

If you order a full kit the longest it will take will be 2 weeks to a month

I know for a fact that if you ordered a hood from Fiber images

or maybe a turbo kit or exhaust form greddy or HKS

it could be on backorder for monthes


We can't stock 50 sets at a time that would be suicide

Also alot of people for get to read the invoice when they order on the website

it says clearly

sometime it might take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery !!!!!!

you have no idea the time that goes into these parts

it is only for 2 dashkits pieces that are in the mail along time ago they are going to canada (could be lost) i don't know i have no tracking on that ....

Pretty damn fast to me

So really the only one i am worried about right now is still getting orders out and finishing Dopecelicas carbon wing endcap pieces

We have also finalized our logo to be on Jada Toys This month

So that took a little time

All I have to say is thank for finally coming and saving your butt. I have been a little concerned with my project but at the same time I know how much workl goes into this stuff so I understand completely. I tried covering for you several times and I think I did pretty well under the circumstances but there are a few people I was trying to help take care of, such as Jimmypuspounder. I know he said he did not get what he ordered and I think that also deserves some attention as well as a few others. Anyways I am glad to hear your back. No hard feelings man, we were just all concerned and hwne nobody answers PM's, e-mails, etc. people get real antsy. Give me a call sometimes Parker at (205) 540-6027 (205) 647-8401. I have some more business ideas that you may want to hear about. are you still going to mass produce the end caps or have they been too much of a pain to make?

I dont blame him for getting so much work because the products are top notch. Not only his working on celica kits but also on RX8's. He has to make 52 pre ordered rx8 kits:AF: thats alot

LOL I knew he'd say that. All I got to say is it has been put on the back burner so damn long its not even funny. You didn't even send me the damn kit I paid for Parker! And I was cool with it! All I asked is for the pieces I paid for, that the wrong kit (totally different kit from a totally different company) didn't have. For some reason I knew you were going to say that ****! So let me guess, I'm **** outta luck? Ok i'm gonna be a prick now, how about I send that piece of **** sherwood dashkit (that you sent me instead of a IPT kit) back, and you can send me the whole IPT kit I fully paid for months ago? Anyways let me ask you, cause you never told me why, but why in the hell did you ship me a sherwood dash kit, instead of the IPT kit I ordered in the first place, I'd really like to know? Oh and "only 2 dashkit pieces". Yeah only 2 dashkit pieces! I paid you almost $300 US, I think 2 out of a 10 piece kit has some value to it! Think about it!

I agree man Iwould be a little upset if my kit had arrived like that as well. Parker please see what you can do for the man. I know u are a good business guy, a little slow at communication and such but otherwise I have no real complaints. IPT products are topnotch. I would give him the two pieces to keep him as a loyal customer but thats just me. Later guys.

First off I'd like to say that I NEVER said I had a magazine shoot lined up. If you could refer up to the PMs and e-mails listed above and clearly you'd see that I said that an editor of the magazine is highly interested, for that reason that is why we were doing an inhouse photoshoot to send off to the editor for review. As for never being sponsored, I have no resaon to make up such things. I really don't appreciate you telling the larryd that I only think I'm sponsored and that you've told me numerous times that I am not. You never did such thing! I too run a business on a daily basis and am extremely busy attending to the things that I need to do. Why would I make up such things? I do not have the free time or interest to do so. I at least appreciate it if you could not make up false accusations or twist your stories around by saying that I was not sponsored because you and I clearly know what what the truth is. Above in the PMs you mention sending me the parts and putting me in the IPT team gallery what more proof is needed? Only sponsored cars are put in the team gallery. As for the letter of intent, I did e-mail you that letter posted above and never did you reply.

I know that whatever has been done now cannot be undone and its all in the past. Being a business man myself, I know at times things will get hectic but in the end the customers always come first. From the time that I have gotten to know you Parker and the feedback that everyone else on this board has given on you, clearly you have not demonstrated that. I'd like to commend you on the great idea that you have put together for these carbon fiber parts I know that you will go far with these, but know that down the road your service to customers is also very important and without customers you only can get so far. Whether or not I am sponsored or not from you is not even of concern anymore at the end of the day its just a car. If I really would like a set I will order a set from you myself, however, my original intent when I first contacted you was that I was very impressed by your ideas and service and believed in helping you out promote out here. Somewhere along the line your service changed. I think I can speak for everyone else on this board when I say that we only ask you to please keep in communication. Taking a few minutes out of your day to reply to a few PMs shows professionality and the fact that you care about the well being of your customers. For in the end they invested in your idea. You can ignore me and disregard me as a whole but I know that you can get much farther if you start caring about your customers also. I only wish you the best of luck in the future. I never had intentions in creating tension between us, I only ask to be treated as a customer for I and everyone else deserves to be treated like one.

Lol, I seen Parker on the boards yesterday, but I guess he didn't want to give me a reason why I got a different kit in the first place? Guess I'll have to wait over another month to hear from him, and just get ignored, like usual.

They take a long time to make? Well, that sounds like YOUR problem. You should be more upfront with customers in the first place, then there won't be a lack of communication or misunderstanding about how long it will take to receive an order.

Furthermore, that's NO EXCUSE for not responding to emails, phone calls, etc. Some people have waited MONTHS to hear from you!!! Your customer service is HORRIBLE, and I'm sure everyone can see that. I don't need to say any more, you've already damaged your reputation enough all by yourself.
