My second gear synchros are going.

Anyone know how much the synchros cost for the second gear. and the second gear itself. Mine is crinding. I have to rev match when the rpms are above 3500 and also when down shifting. I have to keep the revs at 4500 to prevent the grind. Anyone know the cost from expierience.
