FINALLY a HU that puts out true 60W per channel.
60 Watts X 4 RMS. That's right RMS not peak. Peak is 70w. People like me who do not want to install amps for cabin speakers now have a true alternative.

Yeah because it doesn't have an internal amplifier so you can get more juice to it with a direct connection to the battery..good HU though

Yeah, but I would take an external amp anyday. They are claiming 60W x 4 in a tiny CD player, when and external amp the same power is more than 4-times the size? I don't believe it. The best SQ would be an external amp, hands down.

I think you're right. But this is a good alternative to people who don't really mess with amps or who worry about their amps getting jacked or something.
