intake question

is it risky to get an intake because u could suck up rain and stuff? and I heard the car runs lean?

i'm interested in getting injen intake from munkywurks when i have the money, but I don't wanna have problems with the car.

nah, there's some concern of course, but I've been running an Injen CAI since 2001 and have had zero problems! No CEL, lots of power... and I haven't heard of anyone here having a problem. No probs with the dealer too.

I think 90% of the guys here in the Hawaii forum who have intakes use Injen. :)

I haven't noticed a problem. No pinging or CEL. I've heard some ppl claim to have a problem in the general forums, but locally, no. Maybe the air and elevation here makes a diff so that we don't experience the problems some ppl in other states do.
