What are the specs? As Jason pointed out, its RWD. What type of motor are they runing?

dayam. that beast came outta nowhere. wtf? there needs to be a longer clip 'cuz all u see is a blurrrrr. clip from the burnout all the way up to the light and the time.

too bad i can't read anything on that site except for the name. will someone do some searching and see what the engine is?

I asume that it's running a 2JZ Supra motor due to the RWD conversion. This would be the easiest conversion to do. And 850 horse from a 2JZ is nothin. WRT is doing it right now with a Unibody Celica. I really would like to see some pics. Think of the possibilites for a streetable kit like this!!!

2jz seems like another choice but the guys down in PR love the rotaries i didn't read anything on there about what type of engine it had

O.K ...! The car is powered by the 4cil of the mr2 turbo or celica all track. The guy told me it made 814whp and the chassis is 6sec certified. This was the the first run of the car so it was in shakedown runs... That night they where adjusting the suspension and only 8th mile runs where made....

The car is going to be part of team PR and is going to participate in the imports there in USA like all the others Sakura,Siguel,Ban Ban, etc..... They all run 7sec's...

They are going to do a full pass this weekend..

I'll keep you updated...

PR has the fastest cars hands down. They can just plain get it done. Using the 3S-GTE motor is awesome. That's my favorite motor of all time so I am pleased to hear it. Is the motor in the rear using the MR2 tranny, or is it custom using the all-trac tranny???

Its fast but... its still nothing new. We all know that 3SGTE can haul... look at the Top Secret Supra... its a 900hp 3SGTE. Now if that was a 1ZZ or 2ZZ then i'd be like OMG! Still mad props just disappointed its the same ole same ole for us Celica owners.
