such as 17" to replace the stock 16" does it slowdown the car since the tires are bigger and therefore get less mpg on them ?

will there be problem fitting 18" on GTS ? would the tires get stuck if I turn them too far to one side ? I know it's a silly question but I have to make sure

problems I should be aware of before getting bigger wheels ?

where do you recommend getting them ?

what do you do with your stock 16" ? they're too big to play chess with......

you need to know there's a tire-rim compensation. the bigger the rims you get, the lower the profile you getfor your tires. your overal radius/diamater/circumferance of your tire+wheel is still the same (approximately)
so of course it'll fit. it's just that ifyou get 18" wheels u'll need really thin tires. if you get 13" wheels u'll need really thick tires like trucks.

well my apt. people wont' be too hapy if I try to do that on the walls so something else. maybe as my pillows ?? :gap:

anyway you know on exotic sports cars the rims look really big and the tires really thin - that looks very cool. That's what I want. Like these :

are they 18" ? any danger of them rubbing/bumping wheel wall when making u-turn or going over bumps ?
so I have to replace both the rims and tires together like these ?
