Recall???

Does anyone know if there is a recall on any part of the 2000 celica Gt engine. When I stop sometimes my RPM's will go very low and then shoot up to about 2000, sometimes it just plain out stalls. I was told that there is a recall out on those engines but if that's true... should I take out my Intake and put in a stock one and what about my exhaust... should I do the same. If so I dont have either of those so I will need to buy them if any one is selling or maybe I'll just try a junk yard. Any information will help

No. If you're having a problem you should return your car to as stock of a form as possible and take it to the dealership!
