these are standard indiglos, not reverse. The white part of the gauge lights up.

yes, it comes with knob, switch, transformer, etc...

$20 shipped through paypal, i think that's more than fair, i'm no longer in a hurry to sell these. if you can get it to me within 2 hours from this post, though, i'll ship them today..
