I put this in the Tire and Wheel Forum but wasnt getting a quick response so.....here goes

Ok i put my rims back on again. I wnet for a drive afterward and they felt awkward. almost like they were sputtering at low speeds..once i got abotu like 25-30 they felt fine. I made sure the tires were all in the proper rotation...is it possible i put the tires that were in the back last year in the front? Would this be a symptom of that? and if it is should i jsut leave it like that and see if it goes away...or should i sawp the front and backs>?

thanks

Vinny

What is "sputtering"

Did you store the standing up or on their sides (the correct way)

Have they been balanced? You may find the weights have fallen off??

I think after you drive a little more they will be fine.

Best storage method is

Stacked and let all the air out

Make sure you don't have tires that require the tread to be directed a certain way. It will specify on the side of the tire which way they need to be directed. If you accidentally put them on in the wrong direction it can cause them to ride funny. Also, like rowe said, check the weights to see if maybe some of them fell off during storage.
