What are the clips that cover the vanity mirrors under the sun visors for?

A lot of peeps use the clips to hold their registration and proof of insurance. Easy access if you get pulled over.

Hmmmm, do some states have registration slips that small? Ours are huge.

And why on both sides then? In case the passenger gets "carded" too?

The first thing I noticed when I saw em was that they are about the size of a business card.....again, why you would have a business card there, I dunno

Simple. They are so the light behind you does not reflect into your eyes if the visors are down

I use it to hold the card that opens the garage at work.

Hmm, I guess some states don't have toll tickets to pick up. It works perfectly for that purpose for me. I assumed that was what it was for since I am so used to picking up the tickets in PA.
