3M and Meguiars also make a plastic polish that will remove scratches if they aren't real deep. Sold at most auto parts stores.

i went to a model shop (ya know, model cars and planes) and they had some (I think 3m) plastic scratch remover...they are in small 3 inch bottles, and I got 3 stages, worked pretty darn well, and I think it was like $10 for all three bottles, well worth the investment, also, try a search, I think I posted a similar question a few months back, that is how I found out about this plastic scratch remover.

I got some of that meguairs plastx and I spent like 3 hours polishing the 2 taillights. There no scratches anymore just took alot of elbow grease. I highly recommend this stuff, it even took out some deep scratches with a little persistance. THanx guys.

i used that meguairs plastx on my headlights, rubbed them in for about 15 mins, buffed it off. 2-3 months later, i start seeing these hazy oxidation like spots all over the headlights, it's nothing that i can just rub off with my fingers, it's like the plastic was chemically etched or something......

i'm gonna try the plastx stuff again over the weekend and see what happens this time around....

used plastX on my headlights again, polished out all the oxidation, it nice and clear now.

i think the secret is to NOT let the polish completely dry onto the headlight and form a haze like wax's do, i think it's best to rub on, polish in, and immed rub off...

I will post again if the headlights turn hazy again....
