well you use the stock screws on your front bumper. the prior models still had the hardware there just no grille. Where in NY are you located? im about 15 mins over the GWB. we could do 50 pickup if your close enuff.

ive had it for 2 yrs...i believe its in perfect condition...nothing much can happen to it...its pretty sturdy plastic.
