Question About Rear Seat Latch Bracket & Bolts.

Would anyone know what the bolt size is that holds the rear seat bracket latch to the car? It is the bracket for the rear seat that bolts to the car body, and holds the seat back to the body of the car. I guess it is the same bolts/mount position for a rear 3 point/2 point strut bar, and it is held on by two bolts. I looked on Champion Toyota Worlds website and couldn

I believe the bolt is 12mm. I measured the center to center distance of the bracket, and it's just about 1 inch.
