$3000 for 17x7 rim and tire a good price?

Today, i went down to L.A. Rims in Van Nuys. They quoted me around $2500-$3000 for 17x7 Volk Racing GT-P with Falken tire. I'm not sure about the model of the Falken tire but, he told me it was a good tire.

Anyways, I need to know if this is a good deal. I know Volk rims are expensive but, never knew it was this expensive.

$3000 bux is a lot for GT-P's

my boy bought GT-P's 18x8 in the front and 18x10 in the rear for $2000 with nitto tires.... (for his silvia)
