ok i might score a cheap set of rims...but im wondering if they would fit.

is universal in terms of the bolt quantity or spacing?

meaning universal in the sense 4/5 bolts ok as long as its spaced 100mm

or universal in the sense 100 or 114mm is ok as long as it takes 5 bolts?

cuz the rims for sale are 114 x 5 universal lug...

thanks!

I've seen em for both.

1) a wheel with 4x100 bolt pattern and 5x100 bolt pattern

and

2) a wheel with a 5x114.3 pattern and 5x100 pattern

The second is the most common configuration.

If you're buying them thru the net, just ask them to count the holes. if 9 holes then it's 1 if 10 then 2.
