They didn't even bother to draw the cars, just use Trace Bitmap and that's it. Could've raised the frame rate, too.

Try:
http://www.everythingcelica.com/main.shtml
You had htp://... You need http://
As for getting ecelica to load clear you cache, history, and reboot.
If it still does not load try loading the IE 6 sp1 from microsoft update. http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
What version of windows and IE are you using?
Whatever you do don't reinstall windows! It sounds like windows (IE) thinks it knows better when it does not. It is tipical of windows to try to think for you.

with the url being wrong, ya i fixed that. . . and it still gives me the same re direction error, i already reformated, and it still doesnt work. so the clear my cache and history stuff wouldn't have worked ( plus i did try that), i am tryin the ie6 sp1 right now

If you formatted and still can't get in, you're banned. They probably blocked you IP address or something that isn't controlled by your computer.

Issac,
I have been trying to access ecelica all week, and I still cannot. When I log onto other computers at different houses, it works fine, but at my house its wont work Neither will clubcelica either. So I tried clearing my cookies. Tried connecting to ecelica direct ip. Tried resetting back to factory defaults. Nothing. I even went as far as reformatting my pc. And I still cannot get on.
This is the error I get
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
When I use mozzila browser I get an apache error 302, (which Is a redirection error) but when I try to resolve it I cannot?
Do u have any idea what is going on?
All I can think is that my ip is possiably blocked, b/c I haven't changed a thing on my pc.

Not that I would suggest that you go to that site, but I think I may know a way around it. Since you have a static IP like most cable users, something you can't change or control from your PC what you need to try is this. I notice everytime I leave my cable modem unplugged from the power supply and ethernet cable over night, and then plug it all back in after work the next day, my IP changes everytime. Now I'm not saying that 12 hours is the general time frame it takes for it change your IP, but its just usually how long mine remains unplugged. It may work for you, it may not. Either way it's worth a shot. Good luck.
On another note, as someone already posted you got :owned:

When he reformatted his machine the entire network should have been reinstalled. Id be very suprised if it kept the same IP address.
I seriously do not think you were banned but I have no idea what is causing the problem.

Just unplugging your cable modem for a couple of seconds will change your ip address. BTW, most places you have to pay over $100 a month to get a static ip.
