Gauges!

alright guys, i'm going for all motor and i want to decorate my interior with gauges on the side pod. what would be easy to install and functionally necessary? air/fuel ratio, oil pressure? suggestions??

Oil press, oil temp, water temp, EGT (way more accurate than air/fuel), and/or voltmeter if you've got a system or relocated battery.

you need your NAAAAWWWS pressure gauge and a boost gauge, even though it's not fully functional.

Seriously, you'll want an EGT gauge for sure, oil pressure and water temperature

oil temp would be nice too but not absolutely necessary.

and what is the difference of EGT and air/fuel? sorry i dont know much about these things..

Exhaust gas temperature = EGT

An AF gauge will only be accurate when you're flooring it. The rest of the time it will be an expensive (and sometimes annoying) light show. EGT constantly monitors the gas temps. If the temps start to rise, you know you're running lean.

EGT is effective on NA as well as turbo, correct?
