need help changing the LED inside the car!

I seen someone post this up earlier but couldn't remember.
that goes for the gas and temp gauge. and the stereo and the clock. thanx

no pix but i can step-by-step the disassembly of the lcd:

1) disassemble yor gauge cluster down to the board..

2) where the lcd is, youll see 4 white presstabs (on all 4 sides of the lcd) that are holding it to the board...unhook all 4 tabs, but Dont lift it up yet..

3) when all 4 are done, inch it up a little on the left..the a little on the right...left again..and so on.....BUT:

before you start to inch it up, heres the part of the lcd that you hafta be Careful about....look at the "bottom" of the lcd, you should see something like this:

the horizontal line being the dark glass/surface of the lcd..
the 1's being the needles that plug into the circuit board..

so inch up the lcd case on each side until it comes off...go left then right then left so you dont bend the needles as its coming off...

4) when the lcd is finally off..on the board, you can see the various led's...

from there, you can do what you wanna do....the lcd case can be easily disassembled, just be careful of the needles (the 1's)...for me, i changed my gas/temp display color and tach&speedo needles' color with those indiglo needle kits..
