I agree, Kozz Tuning is an excellent vendor. His prices are great, his parts arrive quickly with tracking #'s, and the customer service is EXCELLENT. I just recently ordered a fairly large list of parts from him including wheels/tires/brakes and suspension goodies. I couldn't have been happier with the transaction.

I'm neutral on him. I ordered my rims May 27th. I expected them to get here before June 4th. Well I asked numerous times for a tracking number and after my fourth request or so, he finally provided it. I understand there was memorial day holiday but once i got my tracking number, i saw that they shipped out June 3rd and won't be here until June 8th. I paid express mail just to make sure that the MO would get to him on time and now I have to come out of my way to pick up the wheels. :thumbdown:

Well its hard to get some things on time and no one is perfact with wheels and tires alot its out of my hands for most of the time since they go out from a wearhouse and i really dont have any control over that . but still you got a great deal on these and a few days late is better then the horror stories i hear from others that they wait months for wheels . but i understand your feeling and thanks for your business

you ordered your rims/tires the 27th, they got mounted and balanced and shipped out to you on the 3rd to arrive by the 8th on the other side of the country over a holiday weekend and you are complaining? :wtf:

I was thinking the same thing. Someone definitely had unreal expectations.

The MO arrived there around lunchtime the 27th. The rims shipped out the 3rd. That's 8 days. UPS also fvcked up on tracking b/c they came on the 9th but the tracking number said the 8th.

I ordered rims before and that isn't unreal.

He told me that they would get there in time. I understand there was a holiday involved but 8 days to balance and mount is still a long time. I understand he probably had tons of orders. He's still a good guy tho since we kept in touch via AIM. I'm just neutral on this but I still plan to do business with him in the future. He has great prices and great service. I was just too antsy to get them before i left for vacation and was upset when it didn't come in on time.
