Front side plastic shaking sounds like it's the filter box. U May get this problem2

I opened my hood. It seems like the stock filter box although the 2 bolts are tight, It moves around when I shake it. I think this is making the plastic shaking sound when I'm going over rough pavement. my filter box has been taken and put back out few times in the past for cai install and such.

Maybe, just maybe the filter box is not secured properly. can someone check if their filter box can be budged or should it stay in place wiothout moving or making any sound?
