where to get the 00-02 trd lip?

i tried to search all over and even went down to toyota to see if they could find it but to no success...does anyone know where to get it?

I have a silver TRD Lip that will be replaced with a TRD mechanical front bumper if I find an original. I'll sell it as soon as I find a bumper cover.
