WTT/S: 240z

i have a 72 Datsun 240z..currently not runnin..was in the process of swapping a 280 motor and 5spd tranny..i just have no more time for it..i was looking to either sell or trade the car..was looking for a carbon fiber hood w/ raised hoodscoop, sway bars, exhaust, or whatever you gots to trade..or askin 900OBO..anyone interested, just post or leave me a PM..

yea aquariums are no joke.. they cost a good amount of money to make a very nice one.. esp when u add the fish.. the anemities (sp?) lights, etc.. but man are they beautiful.. my homie has one nicely done.. u just want to stare at it.. even more when ur faded.. just wish i could afford and have time to maintain it..

anyways good luck ont eh sale/trade..

u can do some stuff wit that Z body.. my homie has a 280zx and he working on puttin an LS1 v8 in there..

well i dont have time to mess around with the 240 anymore..starting school and im in the process of getting a new car..soo yeah...by the way...

i got a 125 gal tank maybe interested, it has everything including a stand, no canapy though, but it has 2 canister filters that are worth a couple hundred.

still interested? ill try to get a picker soo i can just drop in the motor and tranny..soo itll all be in one piece..and can just be towed out..rest of the parts will be in the car..i was in the process on running the original SU carbs from the 240 motor..instead of the fuel injection..which would be way better..no limiter..more hp..yanno..but yeah..whole new engine gasket set will be thrown in with it..2 bags of new weatherstripping for the whole car..and yeah..all u would really need to do is get a new fuel pump and slave cylinder..then the car would be runnin..ohh yeah..and theres a short in the parkin lights..which was common on the Z's..but can be easily fixed..

so the car will pretty much be running? i thought it wasnt running? will it already have the motor and tranny swap?? if so im definitely interested, i can send you pics of the tank if you want too.

maybe i will throw in my alligator gar and african pike :) really fun fish, you can even pet or hand feed the alligator gar shrimp, the african pike is about 10 inches, and the gar is about 13 inches, hmmm this datsun will go perfect for me since my friend has a 350 motor already and i can use it to drop it in :)

oh really?? sweet! well the car wont run because youll need a fuel pump..since i was plannin on runnin the carbs..and not the fuel injection..i can run the mechanical fuel pump but i would have to drill a hole into the head..there is a lot of work to do on the car but its pretty easy work..thats y i was saying it would have to be towed..motor and tranny will be in the car..but will still need work done..thats if i can get a hold of a cherry picker..
