Anyone have any oppinions on either of these. I remember reading on a guys mk3 site awhile back that he gopt some of one of the two and they sucked ( warped really easily and were just crap) but i cant remember which it was. These are actually for my finacee's (wife as of next sat) jeep grand cherokee that is starting to get the shakes as it brakes.

Not sure which ones are better, but if she wants better braking, upgrading the brake pads will help a lot more than upgrading the rotors.

Aye, stoptech make awesome brake's.
I've been looking into going with Brembo rotors and TRD pads. Hoping to aleviate some of the fade the factory brakes have with a lot of use.

This is just to replace the warped ones on there. I am not looking for anything too expensive as she is a pretty passive driver and it stops about as well as any suv. ( I hate driving it) I was thinking brembo but she would think them too expensive. The oem ones have a tendancy to warp every so often though so I want different ones. I'm just hoping there is a decent middle ground.

I found stock sized Brembo rotors for what looks like $210 for the front and $170 for the rear pairs. I could be wrong, but its on nopionline.com if you want to check. That's not bad for drilled for slotted rotors (your choice but not both). I think the stock celica brakes are awesome they just fade a bit. Hopefully that combo would brake fairly well and it won't brake (haha) the bank.

f.y.i. the newer model grand cherokees have tsb's on the front brake system. turning rotors is only temp. fix . mopar has updated rotors and calipers to fix. thought you should know before you spend too much on aftermarket parts and end up with same problem.
