well the CELICA and the MRS was displayed in the car show. The Celica was turboed and it seemed as if it was from Toyota as a concept car. hehehe funny thing is the turbo kit gained from 190 hp to a whooping 200 hp:P i forgot what the torque was, and for the MRS they put in a V6 in to that little tiny car. it didn't show pics of the engine bay but the car itself looked really nice. just thought i share...i'll try to get the article scanned

I think that was from some German show. TTE did the Celica and MRS, and I think the Celica was just the 1ZZ engine, so, 140HP -> 200HP. No one every could find more info about it though :(

well the one i saw was the gts model..the hp showed 190hp --> 200 hp

well the j-spec gts is 190 hp so wouldn't you guess that its the gts???

So the article did say the turbo boosted it from 190HP to 200HP?
I thought maybe you assumed so from a picture, but if it quotes the power, then, maybe the article is wrong, or the people that installed the turbo are stupid. A 10 HP increase?!? I wish there were more information floating around about that car that was showed.

ummm...maybe 200 to the wheels?? that wouldn't be quite so bad
